You must fill in the form and click the submit button on the left. This provides with us with a database of your information. You will then be directed to the payment page.
If the name and address on the paypal account will differ from the submission form above, please tell us in the comment box on paypal. This allows us to credit the right account with payment.
Once we have your complete information and your payment clears, we will mail your membership and voucher.
The NYSSA default is that a member will receive occasional offers and promotions by US Mail directly from NYSSA sponsors, If you are at least 18 years of age and wish to receive these promotions, please check the preceding box.
